Lazy Bastard wanting a predone cutting diet

Just like the title says. Well I can look for one later but i'm on break waiting for renderings to print so I'm on the forums = )

Height ~5' 10" - 5' 11"
Weight = 215
BF = EF (Read as Extra Fat =p) No idea but I'm pretty high.

Sorry about that.

Right now my caloric intake is ~4000 with me doing my best to break it up into a 40 40 20 split. I don't want to cut big time. I would be happy if I can hit 10-12% and then recontinue bulking again.
 
Was meant as a joke =P Well sort of

I get about 2-3 minutes every half hour to scope the forums and I have to move quick too. The boss has very quiet feet. I'm going to set it up after I get off of work in about 30 minutes.

I have been extremely strict, with a cheat day/carb up about every 7-10 days. I haven't really lost any muscle and my strength is still there, but I've been losing about 1.5 lbs. per week (after the carb up, so it's not just water weight).

It's shitty at first, but I actually like the foods I'm eating now. The olive oil is the trickiest part, but I either mix that in my rice or in a nice green leafy salad.

I just made this diet up and I'm not really a nutritionist or anything, but it seems to work quite well for me. Obviously you would want to adjust the calories to your currently bodyweight though. I used 12 x BW for the calories, but I was already relatively lean, so you might want to use a lower factor.
 
Thanks for the hand. If I end up doing your diet I'll probably trade some fats out for a bit more carbs.

Why on earth would you do that cutting? He already has carbs throughout the day. You can't "trade" out fats for carbs and expect to lose FAT.

Just thought I'd mention that in general I would probably cut some of the carbs. The problem is that I need some carbs because I'm training for the upcoming sports season, so I need some energy when I'm running balls out for 3+ miles.

Thats what I say. Its either one way or the other. results vary greatly by doing wrong changes like that.

Just avoid high GI carbs, and eat carbs and be real about wanting to do things right by controlling carb portions and have em only for breakfast and lunch. One fruit pre workout and another 2 fruits post owrkout.
 
Im cutting right now with great results. Im losing about 2.5lb a week by doing weights 3tims a week. Id do it 6 times a week but I have transportation problems right now.

I expend from 3300-3600cal a day and must be having about 1800-200 intake.

Basically have high fiber cereals with skim milk and a water mixed whey shake in the AM. Then Salad and tuna with lite mayo at work for lunch. Then an apple and tuna for preworkout. Then skittles and whey post workout. Maybe some more tuna at home in the PM and some PButter. Sometimes throw in some more water mixed whey depending how empty my 5lb jug looks (yes, im also having $$ difficulties... if anyone want to make any donations just PM me =0) )
Might have a ramen noodle soup if I feel like it and had an intense workout that afternoon.
 
By trading out the fats for carbs I meant eating more whole grains in an attempt to keep myself off that psycho phase of being hungry inbetween the small meals.

This is the gentleman I would listen to. He helped me break through the 10% barrier recently, so your 10%-12% your looking for should be no prob....provided you do the work. :D

I have no interest in helping this person, as he/she/it is close minded and did not "hear" the constructive criticism message I left by merely ASKING a question in my post. I posed my question to spur further thinking/criticism/insight.

I wanted this to be an example of a true lazy mother f*cker. You try to get the best out of someone and get them to THINK for themself, and you get red karma. Ah well, as long as I'm ripped, I could give a shit.

Swole is the man to listed to on this board, just as Toozee said. He knows his shit very well and is direct in his statements. No need to bullshit anyone to make them feel better about a shitty diet they are thinking about or something similar. He'll tell you like you need to hear it, and you'll be glad you did.
 
I'll put it this way. Everytime I've had to say "....well...@#$%...I've had that concept wrong the whole time!" It means I've learned something.

I'm slightly belittled by my previous lack of knowledge of the subject, but I'm much more informed when it's all said and done. I'll take that trade any day. It's all about learning my friend.
