LaundrySupplies is a Scammer

The issue of of Laundry Supplies being a scammer had been an issue for a while on Steroidology, but no threads had been made whatsoever about it on EliteFitness. So I am going to state the info on know on this individual.

My friend used to deal with LS, who knew him as Kevin, when LS/Kevin was a gym dealer working out of a Gold's Gym in Green Brook, NJ (which is one of the many gyms LS dealt from). He is 22 years old, and will be a senior at Eastern Connecticut College. During the summer, he lives at his parents' home in Toms River, NJ.

However, Kevin/LS got so scared from all the info I was able to find out about him, that when I posted what I had on Steroidology, he got scared from all the heat that he moved out from his parents' home and is now living with a friend of his. The following is the roommate's name and address:

This fuck also uses the username hgh on Steroidology, as a Mod sent me an email confirming his suspicion, that the ISP information on hgh was the same EXACT as that of LaundrySupplies. Furthermore, LS also uses the name bbbb, as well as brad bennett on other sites like meso. However, his other names have been exposed on that site. It has also been brought to my attention by my friend that Kevin might not even be LaundrySupplies' real name---AND THAT BEN GOTTLIEB MIGHT ACTUALLY BE HIS FULL, REAL NAME. All I can do is confirm that whether or not Ben Gottlieb is LaundrySupplies' name, or the roomate's name, that the address I listed above is as good as gold.

To the Mods, I ask you to watch out for one of LaundrySupplies' tactics. On Steroidology, LaundrySupplies was creating multiple handles that he would use to post sources on the threads that talked about him, so that Biggie would be forced to close the threads. This was confirmed, as the ISP of the new handles was the EXACT SAME as LaundrySupplies handle. So if it's possible just to edit the thread----without closing it----that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

However you have to stop and think about the wisdom in placing someone's name and address on an open board like this.

The legal issues, the problems, the potential liabilities, are HUGE.

This could come back to haunt whoever posted the data, reposted it, forwarded it, and yes, even The Board for allowing it to stay up.

Imagine:

Maybe, just maybe, there could be an error. Maybe the wrong name, maybe the wrong street address, just maybe. Its POSSIBLE.

Now imagine someone decides to "take matters into their own hands" based on the info. Lets face it - you don’t have control over what guys out there will do. What if someone vandalizes a house? Maybe kicks someone's ass? Maybe fucks up the dudes car and he crashes?

What if the data provided was wrong?

What if the data was right, but someone then misinterpreted it, or maybe got the wrong house, or person, or whatever?

Look I know that people are pissed and it SEEMs that they have every right to be.

But this is not high school here kids. This is the real, grown-up world. You can just go around accusing and saying stuff on open forums when you know there is a good chance that such info, and accusations, may end up causing harm. EVEN IF YOU ARE CORRECT.

I know this is a very testosterone-laden forum (LOL). But I don’t want anyone to get into trouble just because they allowed their emotions to get the best of them.

YES, you have every right to be pissed.

But please, this is the grown-up, real world. You need to be careful about public accusations and incriminations. Not only could you be liable for problems just by providing such info and repeating/forwarding it, but you can ALSO get into trouble if anyone else TAKES ACTION based on that info.

He gets hauled into jail .... here comes the FBI calling Elite. Or worse yet, JohnnyNewbie, even though HE has the right info from you, someone fucks up and kicks the shit out of the wrong guy ... but still, he THOUGHT it was the dude you ID'd ....

Its not pretty, any way it adds up.

You are best to let the world know enough data so that no one does business with the dude again. However when it comes to providing personal data that would allow people to find him or his property, in person, then you are taking a tremendous risk.

Well, thats fine then. If you want to make it that public that you were involved to some degree in such a transaction, and to take the risk given the potential liabilities, that's fine.

I still say that simply identifying the person enough so that no one else will do business with them, and then asking for any "locals" who live near the scammer to make direct contact with you, will suit everyones purposes at least as well, and lower the risks you are taking.

I just hope your number never comes up on such things, and that you never have to deal with the potential legal problems this opens you up to.

When I first started reading the boards I was in total agreement to scammers receiving some kind of retribution for their actions. However Riker brings up an excellent point.
What happens if some juiced up 300lb bb with an anger management problem to begin with reads this post, takes matters into his own hands and smacks the piece of shit scammer one too many times?
Yeah we would all say he deserved it- that the fucker shouldn't have been thieving. Then we see the poor guy who accidentally killed him getting arrested and charged with manslaughter.
Next thing you know hes talking about EF and the bros who supplied the info, trying to explain that he was acting in the best interest of people who are in possession of controlled substances and are using the US mail illegally. Before long EF is getting shut down, entangled in both criminal and civil suits, and those who advocated the action of this guy are being questioned and arrested because they either supplied information or perhaps pushed the guy too far.
I agree scammers need to have their balls and tits chopped off however there isn't much we can do without risking what has been described by Riker. I don't think a scammer is worth EF and other boards like it getting shut down and Ashcroft introducing legislation to prohibit sites like this to operate

i agree with riker as well. when we buy AAS from someone, we know that there is a potential that we will be scammed. even if the sources has a good reputation. when you put personal information out on the net, the scammer or his family can get legal action against the boards or its members. the only thing that should be posted openly about a scammer is who he is. anything else should be handled in secure e-mail
