You know, I know you guys are pissed, and have every right to be.
However you have to stop and think about the wisdom in placing someone's name and address on an open board like this.
The legal issues, the problems, the potential liabilities, are HUGE.
This could come back to haunt whoever posted the data, reposted it, forwarded it, and yes, even The Board for allowing it to stay up.
Imagine:
Maybe, just maybe, there could be an error. Maybe the wrong name, maybe the wrong street address, just maybe. Its POSSIBLE.
Now imagine someone decides to "take matters into their own hands" based on the info. Lets face it - you don’t have control over what guys out there will do. What if someone vandalizes a house? Maybe kicks someone's ass? Maybe fucks up the dudes car and he crashes?
What if the data provided was wrong?
What if the data was right, but someone then misinterpreted it, or maybe got the wrong house, or person, or whatever?
Look I know that people are pissed and it SEEMs that they have every right to be.
But this is not high school here kids. This is the real, grown-up world. You can just go around accusing and saying stuff on open forums when you know there is a good chance that such info, and accusations, may end up causing harm. EVEN IF YOU ARE CORRECT.
I know this is a very testosterone-laden forum (LOL). But I don’t want anyone to get into trouble just because they allowed their emotions to get the best of them.
YES, you have every right to be pissed.
But please, this is the grown-up, real world. You need to be careful about public accusations and incriminations. Not only could you be liable for problems just by providing such info and repeating/forwarding it, but you can ALSO get into trouble if anyone else TAKES ACTION based on that info.

Dude, I know you are conviced, thats fine. OK, lets say that with NO doubt that the dude your identified IS in FACT the scammer. Now - what if someone takes actions based on that info?
If anything, anything, this should be handled by identifying .... on the board ....
"xyz is a scammer. Don't do business with him. If you happen to live in the Wherever, NJ area, please contact me privately, I would like someone to pay him a visit".
The way it stands now, lets say JohnnyNewbie, a 21 year old ex high school football star on his first Fina/Test cycle, sees this thread, Finds the dude and beats the fuck out of him. He gets hauled into jail .... here comes the FBI calling Elite. Or worse yet, JohnnyNewbie, even though HE has the right info from you, someone fucks up and kicks the shit out of the wrong guy ... but still, he THOUGHT it was the dude you ID'd ....
Its not pretty, any way it adds up.
You are best to let the world know enough data so that no one does business with the dude again. However when it comes to providing personal data that would allow people to find him or his property, in person, then you are taking a tremendous risk.
