if so, pickle cucmbers have sugar and heaps of salt in them...celery has carbs....
 
thanks for all the replies fellas, but only one guy told me that 2 tbsp of flax is good when cutting. IS THIS TRUE 2 spoons???
 
it depends on your diet ratios:) u could be getting enough fat from other meals and 2tbsp could be good as 6pack told me keeps hormones in balance and stuff and it gets u horny or for me it does:/
 
I like to stick to a protein fat meal for my last before bed. Ussually a protein blend shake w/ either a tbls of flax or a couple tbls of peanut butter. But your last meal will really depend on what else you have consumed that day - If you want to lose weight you MUST be in a caloric deficit so saying that 2 tbls is good or bad means nothing without knowing the rest of your diet. Like doofy said if it fits in with your caloric goals and ratios you are shooting for then you are fine.

y? do you think this is a lot or little? i think it sounds right..1-2 tablespoons a day if your not getting enough fat from your meat/poultry
