fried chicken:
lightly toast ezekiel bread and crumble it into bread crumbs. sprinkle in the bread crumbs with ms dash table blend. dip some raw boneless skinless chicken breas into egg then coat it with your bread crumb mix. refridgerate the raw breaded chicken for about 20 minutes then pan fry it in evoo over medium low heat until done. turn once through cooking.
meat loaf:
blend 1lb ground beef, 1 cup whole oats, 3 whole eggs, 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 3 baby bella mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning all chopped up good in a bowl.
then orm into a loaf and bake at 350 until done.
salad:
apple, hard boiled eggs, chicken breast, mixed peppers, onions, cucumbers, fresh greens for the dressing mix up evoo, red wine vinigar, and minced garlic. you can also add other fruit to the salad like berries or oranges.
