Late night Eating!

I really need to get rid of this habit, wats something i could eat when its late at night? something to snack on....

do i also need to eat more in the morning so im not that hungry at night?
whats good to eat in the morning?
aims to get leaner and cutt fat, show more muscle..??
 
yes lets see a whole days food all laid out with times and also activiteis in with their times
 
ive just posted a thread where i need alot of help creating my diet, ive tried alot of things but i always seem to fall into temptation because these foods dont fill me up! you can tell what i need on there, would be much apreciated! cant seem to get it right

4 main meals per day. each meal should have a lean animal protein, a green veggie, and a complex carb. with these meals drink a tall glass or a bottle of water.

between those meals drink water with green tea bags in it, and eat a handful of nuts with a few mixed berries in it. as an anytime snack eat fresh blueberries. get up in the morning and do some cardio before you eat a few times per weak.

this is just a basic, easy to follow diet that i think you will find more effective than what you are doing now. as yo go with it start shaving a small percentage of the carbs from the meals when you stop seing progress.

avoid sauces. to flavor your foods only use ms dash, fresh herbs, fruit, organic fresh salsa, ect. try cooking chicken with mandrin oranges, almonds and apple slices stir fried in evoo and throw it over some brown rice with broccoli.
 
Joe that chicken recipe sounds amazing, could you be a bit more specific as to the details? I'm a horrible cook so I don't quite get it lol

P.S: I found that If you want to stop the late night eating, try Casein protein, I get mine from proteinFactory.com, made my own, all natural.. with some Skim milk before sleeping... FILLS you up for sure! and you wake up also feeling more full than normal..

I used to always overeat at night.. and when i'd do it.. it was bad, nothing small I just get crazy cravings.. All been taken care of though now
 
At night eat lean meat like chicken breast or turkey breast. This is very good to do. Avoid anything other than protein at night, absolutely NO carbs.

its not amazing but its ok and healthy. slice up an apple, peal an orange and get it into its wedges, slice up chicken breast, and cook it all together in evoo in a frying pan until the chicken is done. then put that over the rice and broccoli that you already cooked.
 
fried chicken:
lightly toast ezekiel bread and crumble it into bread crumbs. sprinkle in the bread crumbs with ms dash table blend. dip some raw boneless skinless chicken breas into egg then coat it with your bread crumb mix. refridgerate the raw breaded chicken for about 20 minutes then pan fry it in evoo over medium low heat until done. turn once through cooking.

meat loaf:
blend 1lb ground beef, 1 cup whole oats, 3 whole eggs, 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 3 baby bella mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning all chopped up good in a bowl.
then orm into a loaf and bake at 350 until done.

salad:
apple, hard boiled eggs, chicken breast, mixed peppers, onions, cucumbers, fresh greens for the dressing mix up evoo, red wine vinigar, and minced garlic. you can also add other fruit to the salad like berries or oranges.

these are some of mine that i make. needto sells a cook biik that i bought that also has a lot of recipes in it. all of them taste great most of them are pretty healthy if you'r looking for a wide range. you can hit him up about it if your interested in it.
