man, I found a great way to finish off my lat pump. My gym got one of those crapass Health Rider cardio gizmos. This one is actually called Life Shaper. Yes, it is gay, thanks for asking. Anyway, I started using it for 5 minutes to warm my back up beforehand. It's easy to get a good stretch. It has two positions for the feet. The upper position takes the legs out almost completely and it's almost all lat stress. I thought "hey, if I was tired this could be kinda hard". So I go thru my 5x5 workout - deadlifts, reverse pulldowns, front pulldowns. Then I go back to the Health Rider gizmo and 4 sets of 15-20 - two shoulder width and two narrow grip so it's basically a rowing motion; really squeezing at the top. WOWW! My lats were toast. I'm gonna do this after every back workout now.
