Lat injection pain!

I injected a eod dose of test prop 1ml into my lat this morning and it hurts pretty bad. I've done it in glutes with no problem. Is it safe to inject into lats. I got the idea from howtodoinjections.com

Seems like it would be a painful spot to inject period. You could try www.spotinjections.com also. I dont think i would do those my self seems to painful but i dont think i could do a glute shot either i just stick with delts and quads glutes seem like they would be a pain in the ass lol.

plus its prop. i personally can't bear the pain anywhere from most props.

I have not gone over 1ml of prop in either Delt with no pain. Well there was some pain in the beginning of my first cycle but didnt last long. I think i am one of the lucky one who had a good lab to be able to deal with.

Glutes are easy! I like them and delts best!

glutes and delts for me...my current cycle involves shooting 2.5cc's into each shoulder EW alternating weeks between my glutes and delts...a lil soreness in the delts the day after but nothing serious...

but the whole thought of shooting into my lats makes me cringe a lil bit

Glutes > Side Thigh > Delt - These are the common sites for Deep IM injection. Other sites can be used, but are also much tricker to navigate, and more likely to respond negatively.

This is why G/T/D have been used as the "standard" sites for these injections. Wasn't just that Doctors liked looking at peoples behinds, thighs, and shoulders
