what were your goals?
Your goals determine your lifting.... your lifting isnt determined by what drugs you are on.
Further to that... I question (and many others would agree) the effectiveness of the so called changes that high reps vs low reps are supposed to make.
Personally cutting or bulking, I stay between 6-15 reps always.
Diet, cardio etc are what make the real differences... and dont forget that the mind-muscle connection (truly concentrating on contractions, force, pump) is a very important aspect of lifting as well.
