in europe/ africa etc. unlike the US, the countries are or aren't muslim states.
So you can pretty much associate whether someone is arab or not by the country they are from especially since I was in Greece. If you ever get to travel the world it would make more sense.

Not as much a race but people who are jewish usually are in some way ethnically similar in some way even if only a little bit. Except for converts this usually holds true.
