last night was my first workout since 11/18

it feels good to be back, but all I can say is ouch, man I am in pain, sore and stiff, my shoulder only hurts a little, I only lost 5 lbs, which isnt that much, so thats good, strength didnt go down much either, but i had really bad clen cramps throughout the entire workout

aint nuttin but a p-nut

no im pretty sure Im still broken, but I just wanted to see how much pain Id be in if I actually tried to do stuff, it wasnt that bad, trust me it hurts, I will see how it goes with chest and shoulder workouts though, I did bis and lats, I wanted to incorporate lats becuase I could get a feel for how my shoulder would do without isolating the shoulder itself and maybe being in horrendous pain

yeah, but I just wanted to see mang, I cannot stand this insanity, plus I have an MRI on the 14th
 
I'm gonna be in the same boat after today.. first workout since thanksgiving.. i'll be hurting.

I took 2 weeks off for the holidays.. but then got sick so my hiatus from the gym was extended.
