My question is how much is to much to push in the gym?it's my last sd cycle for a while and I'm killing it like never before with the weights.but is there a limit to push?

Never

Just make sure you're using proper form and have a decent belt if you're killing the pulls as well so you dont snap shit up.

Well I'm lifting 6 days per your basic run
Chest/tri
Back/bi
Should/trap
Legs
3 on 1 off days
4 different exercises per part
5 heavy sets of 5 reps then a chaser light set high reps of 15
Doing compounds like flat bench, military press.deads, squats etc
All as heavy as I can do it with each workout 2 hours.trouble is knowing I'm better able to recover I'm feeling guilty stopping now I know I can push more sets but whens it detrimental?? And am I now mentally fucked up??

Thats great!! But I have discovered that hard work without proper diet gets you nowhere so make sure your diet is on point and taking in enough proteins.

I get better results decreasing my workouts to only 45-60 minutes. Especially if I am running a 3 on 1 off lee haney split.

As far as your question goes there is no limit as long as you are doing proper form. But there is a limit to your tendons and joints. Those will get worn down if you are trying to lift as heavy as possible every time you go into the gym.

Mix it up some for better results.

couple weeks go heavy. Then the next week go for sets of 8-10 with 85% what you were doing the previous week. Then the next week try to work strictly on form where you have long 3-5 second negatives and an explosive positive motion.

But should I switch it up on cycle? Or keep. Pounding away at the heavies and switch it up after cycle

If it's working that well don't change a thing, your body will let you know when it's time to change, by reaching a plateau ,then switch things up!
