This is to advise you that the eitems described below, siezed by the United States Customs are to be "summarily forfeited" to the U.S. government as provided for in the 19 USC 1607.... bla....bla...
To stop the summary forfieiture proceedings, you may file a claim with the Are Director of Customs...bla......bla..... In addition you must posta cash bond...bla...bla....
This claiments bond nmust be filed with in 20 days from the dade of first publication of the notice of seisure and intent to forfit. The first legal notice will appear in the Queens section of New York Post under "Legal Notices" in or about -Nov 05, 2001.
Articles will be forfited to the United STates and disposed of according to law if no claim is filed by -Nov 25 2001.

this is abrief summary of what i got in the mail today. i got a suisure letter a month ago and ignored it because i do not use illegal drugs and i am not involved in the distribution and or ordering them form overseas. if i understand this right i am going to continue to ignore this and it will be droped. will i have my name in any records or will my name appear in any databases showing any relation to me other than the customs offices regarding mail shipped to me overseas to be checked better.
can any one fill me in, i think i have a good idea of whats going on but i would like some advice. i am ablut to transfur to a Private college that is very strict and may very well do redearch on me before accepting me into their instution.
