ive used it but not for a contest,I used half a pill 20mg eod to keep water off and my mom uses 1 pill a day perscribed by a doc,but its a totaly different world when your a few days out from a show
The little picture I put up was from the last show I did a year ago. I am now thighter and a little bigger then that picture but I have no updated picture yet I will post it for you after this saturday.
