my french teachers were all fat stereotypical french men...

you know the kind...the ones who made you wish your brakes failed...

however ms cousins...damn she was fine! young, always wore knee high skirts...and the guys (and me) would always find outselves helping after class and looking at her when she climbed up and down ladders / stairs...

But, I thought that the light from "true" lasers isn't supposed to diffute or disperse in the atmosphere. Thus, if they had a true laser, they should be able to see it from the cockpit.

Grade 6 science back at ya! :)

the pilots DID see it.

this should be a lesson for those in education..
show some T and A and your students will be very attentive
lol

Well, I saw on CNN that the laser was "in" the cockpit when the plane was between 10,000 & 15,000 feet (I think)..... It's not one of those pen-type lasers, it's kinda like one you would use in a laser show.... like a canister thing.....

Still, the incidences appear to be spread out all over the place, so who knows who could be doing it??

hence, its a true laser...that a kid could pick up...

I think you are missing my point......it was constantly in the cockpit for 2-3 minutes......no one on the ground, could, by hand....track the inside of a cock-pit at 500-600 mph.....at 15000 feet

yes one of the pilots even suffered from vision problems after being under this laser
