Laotian cooking

My diet is primarily of asian influence these days and my wok is finally seasoned right.

I haven't felt better.
(finally)

No idea.

But I'm a fan of the Shneetsla.

Easarn or NE Thai cuisine is mainly influenced from Laotian dishes.
Traditionally fiery hot with plenty of red and green chilies.
Many Thai and Laotian words are the same or similar.
Mint green beans cabbage cucumber and lettuce are often served on the side.

Laap Gai - spicy chopped chicken dish
Som Tam (Poo Ballah) - papaya salad with onion chili dried prawns peanuts crab fermented fish
Nam Dok Moo - spicy pork dish
Tom Yam Gung - spicy soup with prawns
Khow Ne-ow - sticky rice
Geng Kiow Wan Gai - spicy chicken green curry
Gai/Nuuah/Moo Yang - grilled chicken/beef/pork served with spicy sauces
