A good cycle of Var for a female is at least 8 weeks, maybe even 10-12 weeks.
Only thing is, if you have been cutting for awhile, you might need to give your body a break for a couple weeks to maximize results. You could take a couple weeks, loosen up the diet a tiny bit, maybe even lower the volume of your training, then get strict again for the cycle. You might find this will jumpstart the metabolism more as well as get you revved up to start the cycle. Once you go on cycle, you really should be strict as hell with everything - diet, training, rest, water..... To maximize results on cycle, you should get MORE strict, not less.
