Ladies that have done Var...

A good cycle of Var for a female is at least 8 weeks, maybe even 10-12 weeks.

Only thing is, if you have been cutting for awhile, you might need to give your body a break for a couple weeks to maximize results. You could take a couple weeks, loosen up the diet a tiny bit, maybe even lower the volume of your training, then get strict again for the cycle. You might find this will jumpstart the metabolism more as well as get you revved up to start the cycle. Once you go on cycle, you really should be strict as hell with everything - diet, training, rest, water..... To maximize results on cycle, you should get MORE strict, not less. :) (like many people do!)

I find that helps me a lot every now and then - mentally as well as physically.
 
Few more question about the cycle regarding training. How much more can you train on Var? (Meaning do you train each body part more often?) Can you also do more cardio on Var? Also did you notice any more facial hair growth when you were on your cycle? The break that you mentioned on diet etc before you start a cycle are you talking like 1-2 weeks or longer?

T3 is some powerful stuff I prefer not to mess with my thyroid. If I was doing serious training for a competition then I would consider it but for now I think it would be best not to touch it. I am just trying to get nice and lean for the summer.

Simply put, T3 is stupid for the average female to mess with. Unless she is about to step on a stage and compete in a MAJOR competition (i.e., Olympia) then she should leave it alone.

IMO, I prefer Thermorexin over Clen AND T3 - no contest. it is safer and I have found it very effective at fat loss and appetite control with NO side effects at all.

DO NOT INCREASE TRAINING DRAMATICALLY ON CYCLE. You will feel like you can train more often. This can lead to overtraining and/or injuries. I would increase INTENSITY not days.

Honestly, cardio shouldn't be majorly impacted. You'll recover from each cardio session quicker, but that is about it. You might also feel better while doing cardio (I think your red blood cells, oxygen carrying cells, work better on cycle, but don't quote me on that) so your endurance might be up. I would also increase intensity a little - maybe do HIIT - but don't dramatically increase cardio either.

No facial hair growth with Var. I didn't notice any - others might have though. I am not a very hairy person though, and I am blonde so my hair is fine and light anyway.

You can take any length break you feel necessary. But I would do at least 1 week, maybe 2. I personally don't like to do more, find it hard to get back in to the routine quickly.
 
why everybody fear so much about T3?. It can give great results if it's used properly. If you do a good research and study before using it in the right doses there will be no problem..
 
QT, i don't think you really need var to get nice and lean for the summer. what ever you have done thus far has given you results. but this is just my .02.

This is true I don't need it... however I think I would like to try it. We will see if it is to price for me or not.
