Ladies, I need help

Hey

I need some help. Firstly I understand that dieting is not easy and that you must train hard to get results and it all takes time...... having said that, Ive been training very hard for the past two weeks and trying as hard as possible to stick to my diet, which is kinda going well :)

This is my dilema.... I have a formal evening next weekend - I need to make my stomach appear flatter. I know there are certain ways to lose a lot of weight quickly (water) - any ideas or suggestions?

Just buy a pair of those Pantyhose that are slimming -- there's a brand that literally make you a size smaller..... or a pair of the tummy-flattening undies....
 
Next weekend do you mean in 3 days next weekend or the following weekend? In 3 days kinda hard. With a week + you can run taraxatone or dandelion root.

I was thinking what is she :insane: wanting to lose that weight in 3 days lol

Cut your carbs down, get your sweatsuit and get to the treadmill...sweat, sweat, sweat.

If you can get to a sauna, get in there too.
 
Oh and for the dandelion root, you should take in around 1000mg a day for a short period of time, so it you're taking 500mg pills, take 1 twice a day. Make sure you keep your water intake high.
 
Superhydration.

Week one - a gallon of water per day (if you drink that already add 32 oz)
Week two - add another 32oz
Week three - add another 32oz
Week four - add another 32oz
Week five - add another 32oz
Week six - add another 32oz

1 - Drink it with straw (it goes down quicker and easier)
2 - Make sure it's really cold
3 - Try and drink half by 12-2pm and most before 6pm
4 - Get some 32 oz water bottles (Nalgene is pretty good)
5 - Every 8oz should burn 8 calories if it's ice cold (you do the math)

The basic concept is that the extra water will aid in kidney and liver function, if your kidney's have the water to function properly your liver can do it's job and metabolize stored fat into energy.

It will help with always being hungry and improve bowel movements (TMI)

Hmmm I think she needs to lose some pounds in a week....

But I think I'm going to try this...cause I get hungry often :rolleyes:
 
For a 10 day period you can also run a bottle of Taraxatone. Just follow the instructions on the bottle because it is designed for short term water dumping. Mostly you want to watch for cramping though.

Oops, sorry about that.

Well, if you're desperate and have some cash to burn $80-100 you can pick up a bottle of Star caps and that will suck out the water from your body, 5-10 lbs depending.

**do not under any circumstances think of this product as a weight loss tool (even though it's sold as one).
