She needs to do cardio first thing in the am. That'll get her azz back to normal

You can post over there I believe. There are some educated mods like Daisy that could probably offer great insight too.

How old is she bro??? IF she is lean and has loose skin that will not tighten then no cadio in the world is going to tighten it up. If it is loose due to some fat and water then it may tighten to some degree.

If she is older than say 35 and lean the only option may be a small tummy tuck.

If it's just loose skin then it might tighten up over time, if not...it's "tummy tuck time". They do make a cream that will firm the skin back up a good bit. It's prescribed to people who have GBP surgery and lose alot of weight in a short amount of time.

I would suggest a new process that is no surgical called THERMAGE. It heats up the skin layers inducing collegan reproduction. It takes awhile to see the results but it is safer than surgery. Check out the before and after pictures for THERMAGE. Expect to spend around 2K to 3K and still will have to wait to see the results.Consult a Dr. and see what they have to say. It may be too much skin and they may suggest the tummy tuck. I worked for a Plastic Surgeon for 2 years and you should always see a Dr. for a consultation to get good feedback on these things.
