I recently started a cardio regiment (1 hour 7 days a week at 75% max heart rate...or at least try to, always at 70%) but one thing I noticed is that my legs fucking give out before my heart/general endurance...How do I solve that problem? Is it possible to convert too many oxidative fibers to fast twitch glycolytic fibers? I haven't done cardio in 2 years, so this is sort of expected...hopefully it goes away. I usually feel the greatest lactic acid burn at the lowest most point of the quads...and my calves keep cramping
.
