Lab results - Help with interpreting

I'm 26, this test was done in early December and after seeing 2 endos with no experience in HRT I began self administering under Dr. Crisler's protocol and feel much better. One endo thought I could not be hypogonadal due to the muscle mass I have, and after an MRI showed no pituitary tumor his only recommendation was to stop taking my supplements, because he thought they could be lowering my testosterone (protein, creatine, vitamins, BCAA's is all I have ever taken). HA! The other endo just didn't have a clue, he offered to give me monthly injections of Test-C. So anyway, I was just hoping someone knowledgeable could review these results and make sure I am not missing something. I have been on HRT for 5 weeks now and will get a blood work back next week to check up. Oh, I didn't post the results put lipid profile, metabolic panel, CBC, everything else was very good.

HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - Tumor Mark <2 MIU/ML 0 - 4 (abnormal)

Estradiol 21 PG/ML 0 - 56

lh - leutenizing hormone - 2.8 MIU/ML 1.5 - 9.3

Testosterone
to Free T 222 NG/DL 300 - 1000 (abnormal)

Free Testosterone 30 PG/ML 46 - 224 (abnormal)

Sex Hormone BG 15 NMOL/L 7 - 49

Total Testosterone 147 NG/DL 250 - 1100

TSH 1.515 uIU/ML 0.3 - 5

Free T4 1.42 NG/DL 0.80 - 1.80

Test - Bioavailable 65.5 NG/DL 110 - 575 (abnormal)

They did a hCG on you to see if you have testicular cancer. Your result is less than two, which is good.

Your testosterone, free test and total test are low but the signals to make more test LSH, and the protein that binds test in the bloodstream is also normal.

This indicates that naturally, you had lower levels of testosterone than their reference range.

Your TSH, or thyroid stimulating hormone, is normal, this is the signal sent from the pituitary to release T4.

As your T4 levels are normal, they didn't do a T3.

This means your metabolism is fine.

So biochemically, you had some abnormalities, but clinically, you say you have muscle mass, what did you get checked out for again?

Did you have any symptoms from your levels of testosterone?

In all honesty, the whole thing about testosterone replacement is quite new for men.

I think if it is going to benefit you physically and mentally to boost your test levels, then I would ask for more testosterone and a different administration protocol.

Test cyp drops quite a bit after 10 days, so once a month injections are probably not going to be enough to keep your levels higher.

I am sure the lads will be better informed than I on this than I am.

Thanks Tatyana, I appreciate that. I had a few reasons for getting it checked in the first place, primarily a pre-check before I have gynecomastia surgery but also I had noticed a decrease in energy over the past few years and have just felt like crap in general. The only times I would feel really good were after cardio or lifting, and then once in awhile I would have a day where I just felt great but they were few and far between. I also am a very slow gainer, and losing fat has always been difficult for me despite good nutrition and training. I am around 18% BF now at 223 lbs and I went through hell to even get here over the past few years (and I enjoyed every minute of it :p ). I have already begun to see great results 5 weeks into therapy now and feel better all around. I think I will start seeing a greater return for the work I put in, which is a wonderful feeling.
