L-Glutamine & Dextrose

Where do you guys get yours? I can find some L-glut, but can't find dextrose.

Any other supps that are basic in a BB's life I need?

Wow, I had the same problem with dextrose earlier this week. There's a company called NOW that makes it. You can find it online at dpsnutrition or vitaglo.com. I got mine from vitaglo since it was cheaper but a lot of people like dps. Glutamine I get from my normal site which is advantagesupplements. I haven't found a better overall site yet.

The only other basics I think are creatine, a good protein powder, and of course don't forget the multivitamin.

I take more than that now. I use PureCEE ED, go through whey iso like candy, multi, taurine, potassium, vit c, flax oil. Most of those are twice a day except CEE.
