I agree with this. Ive been taking a krill/fish oil combo supplement from a certain large brand retailer.
Its not cheap but Ive noticed joint improvement and as a computer programmer i really notice the brain uptick.

I went to my local healthfood store to get a bottle of krill oil to take while I waited for my order to come in. The owner told me they were all sold out as well as e eh other store in town. She asked me if a recent study had been published on krill oil to account for the sudden popularity. I told there yes and what for. She was fucking pissed!! She told me fish oil does the exact same thing and now the whales won't have anything to eat because of this... WTF
