Man i have only been back in the game for 10 weeks, but i stick to all compound movements with a few isolated ones to "help tweak"....and my gains have been incredible....more so than when i was a damn Marine.......Well friday, my bro and i ran the beerpong table for 3 hours, and 14 games in a row, well this dude with massive biceps, a bird chest skinny legs and 4 million abs, due to his lack of body fat, steps up to the table......well he is talking mad shit, and my girl asks me if im going to the gym on monday or going to see her......and i was like gym...no shit....so this fag calls me out infront of everyone,you dont work out. look at your arms they are half my size, and i was like look at your chest, my credit card is thicker than those things, and he was like oh yeah, and starts doing these fake curls to get his arms all pumped, and was like you tryin to arm wrestle, and everyone goes nuts, so im like dammit, cause i hate shit like that, so we arm wrestle, and i destroy this dude, and he takes a swing at me and i duck it perfectly and get him with one good right hook and his cheek bone makes this cracking sound, he does a perfect 180 and lands on his face....and everyone goes crazy and carries him outside and throws him in a bush.......the moral of the story? If you only work out your biceps, dont pick a fight with anyone bigger than your lil sister......And i give all the credit to elite fitness, before i worked out with only isolated exercises, i guess trying to get that beach body, now i watch my diet, and tear up some deadlifts, squats, BP, rows, and all the other things that give you the ability to knock those "beach lifters" the hell out.......thanks for pounding it in my head, cause without the knowledge i get from this site, i wouldnt have gained shit these last 10 weeks.....Im outta here bros, cause its sunday night and im still icing my hand so i can lift tomorrow.......haha
