Knees ache. Real gh?

Been trying out some Nyerere pin to see if it's real or not. I have done 1 bottle (8 iu ). For the past 3 days and have gotten absolutely no swelling in my hands fingers or feet. The only thing I'm feeling is bait of aching in my knees. I don't know if its from the gh or the heavy sumo deeds I did last night. You guys think this stuff is most likely bunk?
