Kneeling one arm rope pulls on the high cable?

Ok, what about kneeling one arm rope pulls on the high cable? In Arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding he says these really work the serratus and abs.

Anyone ever do kneeling one arm rope pulls on the high cable?

i dont do these buty they can be great with good resistance. i havent dusted off my arnold's encyclopedia, but im assuming its a cable crunch.
