knee wrapping thread

can someone please repost the thread where it shows proper knee wrapping technique? The search engine doesnt come up with it.

There's a video in the Weight Training Forum. Go to the Training Information Vault and select Training Methods Exercises and Descriptions. In the Routines-Other category select Downloadable Videos. Scroll down to Squat Assists where is says Kneewrap Video. Hope this helps.
