It's been a while since I've been posting here..... Hope the good bros are still around
I've had problems with my knees for years.
I've noticed that it (only one knee) caves in (mostly when doing 1 leg squat aka pistols but also all squats and lunges variations)
What does that mean (muscle imbalance, tight hip, etc)?
What should I do to fix that and hopefully my knee issue as well?
