Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Last night I woke up in escrutiating pain because of my knee. I couldnt even bend it...I mad eit to the fridge and threw some ice on it and went back to bed. This morning it was fine. This is the 2nd time it has happened. At first I thought it was a once off, but apparently not. Any ideas?

Well you def. have some kind of prob in the knee. Give a lil bit more info. and ill try to lead you in the right direction i have taken Athletic Injury Training courses in the past maybe i can help. Give me some detail on where it hurts specifically and what it looks like and if you remember hurting it at all??? I will try and help best i can. I had a lil C-shaped meniscus tear (some fibrocartliage between the Tibia and Femur) which healed luckily because it was in the Red Zone (better blood flow) becuase i took care of it the proper way. There are many different knee injuries one can obtain and this is why we need more info. on the injury itself then we go from there. ~JT~
