Yes it can. If you train like crazy and forget that your joints and bones are not growing as fast. The need time to catch up to muscle growth. First time cycle people are at risk more then others.
How do I get my joints back to not hurting? I have not been on for months now and they still hurt when I run or when its going to rain. What can I do to get them lubed back up inside. Im 27 and feel like fifty sometimes from the pain

Thanks guys. Not going to add any deca. I need natural supps for this one. I always know when its going to rain because its a process just getting out of bed. My knees are bad. Thanks U.S. Army!!
As far as joint health, I do several things combined. I take:
~Glucosamine/Chondrointin/MSM supp. - Osteo Bi-Flex is the one I've found that really seems to work, not sure why. It's the only one I'd recommend.
~Cissus Quadrangularis - 1000mg/day.
~EFA's - I get about 9-12 grams of omega 3 FA's/day, 4-6 grams of omega 6 FA's/day, and 3-5 grams omega 9 FA's/day.
~Water - drink at least a gallon. 2+ gals. if you're sweating a lot (working outside in the heat, ie.) and/or eating a lot of protein (2 or more grams per lb. of bodyweight/day).
