I've been using the KLOW Peptide Stack, which is a mix of healing peptides. I am a weightlifter but I also am a golfer and I can really feel my joints hurting when I'm golfing.
I've been doing just 1 mg a day, but it's not doing enough. It's helping just a little bit. Do you think I should increase it to 2 or 3 mg a day, or should I push it even higher?
