Bros I just started it today, unique's Osta, S4 and GW+ Forma stanzol+N2slin+Creatine+N2burn. 23 years old, 170lb, 12%bf, goal is to stay 170 and recomp to around 8% bf after 8 weeks

Had my first workout after downing the sarms, Osta tastes absolutely brutal and its warm to which made it worse, S4 doesnt taste good but at least GW is tasteless. About an hour later I worked out Back+bi's plus 45 minute low intensity cardio. I don't know if it was psychological, but I was lifting heavier than I normally do, the weights I usually do seemed a bit too easy, so all lifts today were up which I'm very happy about. In terms of hardness I felt a little bit more than normal, but vascularity and such was all the same. In terms of cardio GW is awesome, I barely felt like I did cardio, the hardest part was just waiting for the 45 minutes to be over because I was just bored.

What I can say is so far Unique's stuff is legit like everyone else has already said. I can't wait for the s4 to start kicking in full effect in a few days and osta in a week or 2. My routine is 4 days workout+cardio then 1 full rest day then 4-1 again, so for the 8 weeks I'll be working out hard.

Diet is intermittent fasting, I workout 12pm-2pm, I eat my meals from 2:30-6:30pm and fast from 6:30 until 2:30 the next day so I do train fasted (except for 10g BCAA's scivation xtend). Getting about 1,800-2,000 cals, 225g protein, 125g carbs and 60 fats, that's just an estimate. I know fats are on the higher end but I've been on this diet natty for 4 weeks and have been making great progress so I would assume with the addition of sarms the results will be even better

Tomorrow is shoulders and abs/core.
 
I started the S-4 and I am buying the gw tonight... I have been on S-4 for 5 days now and it tastes like shit. Lol.. I started a log too... I noticed the same stuff as you with lifting and such. I'll follow your three though. I am going to add in the other 2 sarms as soon as they cone in... I didn't work out at all for 3 days and ate a shit ton... Still lost 5 lbs... And the workouts seem to not drain myself but I can do heavier weight, more reps and sets before I get tired like I did before I took it

^^ I would definitely get the GW if you want an endurance increase and some added fat loss. From everything I've read S-4 solo is good but won't really give you major results other than leaning out and hardening.

Today's workout was INTENSE, I switched from my old 1.5 hour routine to a 1 hour, same # of sets and reps but cut down the rest times and I felt great. Lifts went up on shoulders/traps but stayed the same on abs. Cardio after lifting was 45 minutes and a BREEZE, cardio is so easy on GW! Obviously I'm only 2 days in but I'm starting to feel the hardening from the S-4, I know this because I've taken var before and the feeling is similar (var is a bit better in terms of hardening and pumps but I'll wait a few more days to really say). I'm REALLY liking the S-4 so far, the main reason is I have loose skin on my stomach from the weight I lost when I was a former fatass, the skin felt tighter than usual today (big deal for me). I hope the skin tightening continues because if it does this in itself makes the cycle worth it! I upped the GW to 20 mg per day split 10/10, I wanna really shred up in the next 4 weeks, then I'll run out so I'll continue the other 4 weeks with just Osta+S-4.

Been outta the gym for 4 years and was a heavy drinker... Lol... So I am Def going to follow this to see how it works for you.. I will start the gw on day 8 of my S-4... How long are sarms good to take before stopping for a month +?

What would you reccomend for mass gains? I am massing for 6 months.. before going into a cutting cycle for 2 months

yeah fellas. after my first triple stack run with these (finishin the pct now) i will be running sarms a few times a year as a bridge or prolonged periods between cycles for as long as i'm lifting. its not like a 500mg test cycle but definitely huuuge gains compared to going natty with otc supps. good luck!

Not sure what you're asking there? (bolded)

For mass gains just eat a calorie surplus, 500 cals over maintenance, high protein moderate carb low/moderate healthy fats. Tons of guys on here have diets for putting on mass, take theirs as an example and modify it for your own personal maintenance.

Yes I got all 3 from unique, I bought it 2 months ago so I'm not sure what's in stock or not these days

Yea oxy I saw your thread definitely very noticable results, when did the S-4 and osta kick in for you? I've heard Osta is a week or 2 and s-4 reaches full capacity in a week tops?
 
Alright sounds good. The osta has been out of stock, but they might be adding in more stuff in the future I guess outside of those 3

Yeah osta is a badass compound. I did an 8 weeker of it with forma and a couple other goodies and dropped 13 lbs and gained some lean mass. Used s4 also but had to stop cause the sides were to bad. Going to run osta again here in a week or so, good luck man.

sweet bro, what dosage were you running osta and S4? Forgot to add in the OP the doses I'm taking, Osta 25mg per day, S-4 50 mg, GW 20mg. I'm not going to up the S-4 even if I don't get any sides, gonna keep it at 50.
 
Fucking LOVE S-4, the muscle hardness and leaning out is amazing, I already see a noticeable difference in 2 days, my skin is tightening slowly as well. In my opinion if you are already lean when you start the cycle that's when/how you'll see the most benefit out of S-4. Vascularity is increasing as well! Crushed legs and forearms today, all I can say is I'm very looking forward to what the next 8 weeks has in store...

I intend on doing the same stack and like u, I want to keep the S-4 the same throught at 50mg and run GW at 20mg throughout.

Aiming to lose bf% big time after my current beast/katanadrol stack.

Definately provide logs and stats as often as u can!

Day 4

I've now run 4 full days of sarms, the day before yesterday i accidentally took 75mg of s4, had a bit of pain behind the eyes. Dropped it back to 50 yesterday and everything went smooth.

Now I will say this, the results/fat loss, leaning out I've seen in the past 4 days has been for a lack of a better word, amazing. The fat on my lower stomach and back is noticeably less, upper body looks mean n lean, and the skin is tightening on my stomach! That's definitely the big big plus for me on this stack, I was always nervous about loose skin since I had some left over after losing 80 pounds in a year.

Sides: chapped lips, which is strange, had trouble sleeping for the first time the other day, eyes a little dry sometimes but nothing too bad. No vision sides yet, too early.

I'm pumped pumped pumped to keep seeing the results, got 4 days in a row of gym+cardio lined up now that I took my day off, time to make some progress! I got a music festival coming up September 5th, want to be shredded up by then so i have an extra fire under my ass, 33 days till then
 
Hey Klick im thinking bout running this same stack. Are you able to take all 3 nonstop for the full 8 weeks or do u have to take breaks on any of them?

hey cmg, yes you can run all 3 nonstop 8 weeks. I'm doing GW for only 4 weeks because I anticipated doing 10mg per day but since I want to shred up the fat fast I'm doing 20 so I only have enough for 4 weeks otherwise I'd be doing 8. S-4 I might have to go 5 days on 2 off, I'm starting to get the vision sides a bit, coming back from the gym today (it's bright outside) and walking into my hosue it took about 2 minutes for my vision to adjust to the light. It doesn;t bother me but if it gets worse it would be smart to taper it back. I don't want to tho because S-4 rocks! one of my favourite things along with var
 
Good workout today, I'm changing my diet a bit though, strength is still the same pretty much, and I'm betting it's because of the glycogen depletion from my low carb diet. Leptin levels are probably low to, so I'm going to have a "cheat day" and eat high carb low fat, then go to a moderate carb high protein low fat diet. With intermittent fasting leptin levels should be fine afterwards since I will be having about 100 of my 160g carbs post workout. Still been leaning out though, S4 is awesome, looking forward to filling my muscles back up and then getting back on that shred train!
 
Day 8

Update: really staring to notice the leaning out/vascularity. I've never been so close to seeing my 8 pack, under the right lighting and flexed of course, still not that lean yet. Sweating like crazy in the gym, sarms+n2burn is a combo made to sweat.energy in the gym is top notch. I workout very hard with minimal rest, strength is going up ever since I added carbs back in my diet.45 min of low-medium intensity cardio 6 days a week, arms are lookin HUGE, my bicep vein is bulging like never before. Osta really kicks in at about 2 weeks, so very excited for this, s4 has already kicked in fr sure, and GW @ 20mg is very nice. Only 1 week in 7 to go! Never been so excited to see what the future holds, I'm almost certain that after the full 8 weeks ill finally see that elusive 8pack!
 
A bit of an update, I'll keep it short:

- Worked out back and bi's today, strength was up on everything, kind of hurt my back a little bit, but should be fine its not that bad
- Bicep vein is so big it was literally bulging out when I was curling 45's, felt great
- pumps are really good, not as good as var, but about 70% for sure
- We dont have creatine nitrate in canada and i still had some mono left over so was using that, started bloating my face, I already have a big head/face to begin with so this was a no-no, dropped the creatine as of 2 days ago
- Now to the good stuff, I honestly feel like I'm putting on muscle, I'm bigger than ive ever been, muscles are full, but I've shed a good amount of fat its very noticeable. I'm a test virgin so my receptors are fresh, I think the 25mg of ostarine is really starting the process of adding some LBM, I figured that with 20mg of GW I'd be losing muscle not gaining any, but to my surprise I'm recomping very nicely. I also attribute it to the way my diet is set up, which is surprising since I'm only getting in about 2,000 cals and my maintenance is somewhere around 2700. LOVING everything so far, with var after about 3-4 weeks the results/progress would always slow down to nothing (for me), I hope that doesnt happen here because I'm counting on 6.5 weeks of more pure gains!
 
Good stuff, keep in mind though that there ARE side effects, I'm one of the lucky ones so far as I'm not really getting any visin sides, except when its bright and sunny and I come indoors, I went to my basement after being outside it was pitch black I couldn't see anything but once I turned the light on I was ok. Also sleep is becoming an issue, but only every other night, one night ill sleep awesome then the next I wake up 4-5 times throughout the night. I started dosing GW a bit earlier in the am and pm, hopefully that works.

In terms of the cycle I did shoulders and abs today and fkn killed it, especially traps and shoulders, I anticipate next workout ill be able to up the weights on my exercises
For abs I upped the weight AND volume, threw in an extra 8 sets on top of my normal routine, I could just keep going.

Fat loss is unreal, I'm starting to see my 8 pack in the right light, unflexed, big deal for me, muscle gains as well as my wight has been the same, and I dropped creatine and have been drinking 1.5Gallons of water and low sodium diet so its not water retention.

If things continue like this for the full 8, after pct and a week off ill probably run this again. On a side note I upped the S4 to 60mg, I know I said I wasn't going to up it but the leaning out/hardness/vascularity and tightening of the skin on my stomach is something I want more of :)
 
Gaining more muscle than i expected, especially running gw @20mg, I'm lookin huge right now, just another 8-10 pounds of fat off my midsection plus 3-5 pounds more of muscle and I've reached my goal
 
At the gym right now doing cardio after an insane chest/tri workout, my tri's are exploding. Its been 2 weeks now, loving this stack so much right now, I need/wanrt to be pretty ripped 4 weeks from now, all that's left is that stubborn stubborn fat in the midsection, I'm pretty shredded everywhere else especially arms chest shoulders upper abs and upper back, even my legs have nice definition now. Just gonna be patient and keep working my ass off. Not sure how many ppl are following this log, ill be posting less often though don't really have the time. Any feedback would be appreciated!
 
That's pretty sweet KKKlick. I'm similar to you... I can see my upper two abs but not much lower. Pretty defined everywhere else. I hoping this triple stak works well for me as well. I'm a week in and my girlfriend has already told me that my abs look better (:

Bad news bros, I got the flu a few days ago, I'm on day 3 now I think. I noticed I w asnt feeling well Tuesday morning had such a sore throat, tried to get over it by drinking a ton of water which helped. I still went through my workout but it was 100000 times harder than usual, then I knew something was wrong. Sure enough a few hours later I got hit with chills, fever, sore throat, nasal congestion and a headache. Not only that but for some reason I have an increased appetite but cant stomach any healthy food so I've been eating crap but still keeping calories around 2500 not to go overboard. What pisses me off the most is missing the gym, its become so much a part of my life that I feel so guilty not going, but I need to listen to my body and rest otherwise going back to training too early can delay my recovery. Keep me in your prayers bros, this is the worst time to get sick especially on cycle, hopefully I'll be good to go by monday

I'm back to 100% health, have gone to the gym 6 of the past 7 days and am stronger than before I got sick, I'm looking pretty good, my weight is the same but I'm adding muscle, fat loss is coming from all over except stomach and lower back. I don't know if my body got used to the yohimbine or what, but I can see all sorts of new veins on my shoulders and biceps but my stomach looks the same. I betting its the little bit of loose skin I have on top. Almost done the GW, so gonna focus on bulking with the s4 and osta now. Ill cut later, I think my body is at its genetic lowest and will be fighting me if I try to go lower as evidenced by the fact that I'm the exact same weight since I started (but body composition is much much better).

Now I know the s4 sides everyones talking about, I have a yellow tint that lasts a while, it comes and goes. At night all headlights look yellow to me. Coming from a bright outside to inside is still an issue but it hasn't gotten any worse. The sides are tolerable so I'm sticking with s4 50mg everyday.

if you cant tolerate, just sub var for s4. you should be ok though if you follow dylans s4 advice, he is an expert on it.A few people cant hack it but most are fine.
