I never did deads so every week is a PR but I started using them in the beginning of June for 5*5. I started with 225 and the first couple weeks I went up 20 or 30lbs as i was trying to get to the right work out weight. Yesterday I completed 5*5 with 335 and no straps......AND fromgrip strength increasings from dead I was able to do ALL of my other back routines without straps for the first time ever.
