Pretty sad, although don't know how widespread this is. Our family has signicantly downgraded the number of gifts for a while now.

We used to be a badass country, and now we're turning into fucking Zimbabwe. Pisses me off.

I dont see shit wrong with a less commercial christmas...but essentials...yeah that sucks

my 14 yr old asked for a dslr camera...my 12 year old asked for a pandora bracelet (go marketing!) the three yr old asked for a princess bike with two wheels instead of three


guess who got what they asked for...and guess who was told they needed to rethink their requests
