Well...I don't get sore after injects...but one more thing you can do is to take a hot shower (or even better, a bath) right before shoot...this dulls the nerve endings at the skin surface. That's why people slit their wrists in the bath so often...please do not try this at home.

wow, finally, some on-topic comments . Part of the reason i do all of this is because i can't afford any soarness, especially in my quads. My girlfriend doesn't know im on gear but is a little suspicious. One time she jumped on my quad and i yepled because of the soarness and she raised hell. I had a hard time convincing her i wasn't juicing but she believe me. Said I pulled a muscle and it was soar .
