when do you take this? at night or in morning? I heard it can make you sleepy? True? Should I take it after dinner?

How long and for what dosage? I'm not on anything now.

you can take it at night before bed, its an antihistamine so it will make you sleepy.

I believe that is Ketamine, which is a general anesthetic we use in my line of work to sedate kids for procedures, such as joint relocations.
