Guys,

Sorry to ask but does anyone have a keto diet that they could post through to me. I have designed a diet and want to compare it to mine.

Well i am 23, 110kg, and 25% body fat. Doing training 5 times a week. 45mins weight training, and 30-45 cardio.

Can you guys help me? PLEASE

Yeah, do a search on the diet board for Keto diet or ketosis. In a nutshell, you eat high fat / very low carb. But there is a hell of a lot more to it than that, and it's been hashed out quite alot here. The search should bring up a wealth of info.
 
The basics:

1. Keep TOTAL carbs under 20 - 30g

2. Eat as much as you want, but don't eat if you are not hungry

3. Eat lots of fat. Bacon, eggs, butter, cheese, etc.

4. Drink lots of water

5. Take a fiber supplement (one with little or no carbs)

6. Green veggies should fill out your 20 - 30 carbs.

7. NO ALCOHOL - especially if you are in the first 2 -3 weeks.
