Keto diet while on juice

Hey all. Recently been looking into doing a keto diet for the first time. I see a lot of the recommendations are for a 60/35/5 split of fats protein and carbs. Does this change when on roids? Thinking that maybe a 50/45/5 protein fat carb split might be better. Anyone have any experience?
 
people have done the keto diet while anabolics. The lack of carbs will effect new muscle growth, leptin levels will drop, lethargy will be more of an issue, etc. I would consider 1-2 days a wk to carb load or carb cycle.
 
Focus on calories. There is nothing magical about a specific protein/fat/carb ratio.

Get sufficient protein, then choose how many carbs and fat you need. You need at least 50 to 100g of carbs to have a net positive impact on decreasing protein breakdown.
