keeping up the heavy eating.

Before I started cycling my eating habits sucked. I basically would not eat during the day until I got home at 5pm and thewn I would pig out on one meal (overeat) and that would be it for the day. Now I eat all day long various meals, protien shakes and bars. Tell the truth I hate it but I know I need it on the cycle. I.m a big guy at 250 and need alot of food to keep up my gains. The question is how hard is it to stay motivated to eat like this once your cycle is over? I don't want to go back to eating crappy and not enough during the day. Does anyone else have a tough time of it off cycle?

Try eating smaller portions than you would normally eat, that way you will continue to feed yourself throughout the day. Eat right and sleep tight.:fro:

It can be hard but the key is preparation. Cooking all yor days meals and taking them to work with you in tuperware helps me. Then set an alarm every 2 1/2 hours or so to remind you you must eat, no matter what.

It's very hard to get used to eating like this at first, but after a while it becomes second nature just remember your diet is so very important when your trying to lose fat or gain muscle, if your diet is not there your results are not gonna be there either

You make time to train, you make time to get enough rest... Eating is just as if not more important. It just takes discipline.

Think of eating as your job. Make it a priority. For example, if making and eating breakfast will make you late for work, you are late, and better set your alarm a little earlier for tomorrow.

From experience....keep up with the eating. I find that after a cycle I return to my "3 meals a day" eating and the gains I have made quicly leave:(

dude, if you can't find a way to get the food down,
YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE BIG

but if you're really desperate, there's always the old standby...
