I like to do 250 mg/wk while on HRT. I was sub 250 on my free test before I started HRT.

I use about the same Adex. Sometimes I will use AIFM instead. It is a good product, but you can't use it all the time as you will eventually get a rash.

I dont go for HC G

It depends more on your T level than age. If you're under 30 and have a low T it could be caused by a lot of things and I think you should try and recover naturally -- or at least with some supps. Once it's evident that T will never be above 300, go on. That's usually sometime between ages 40 and 50.
 
I'll be 47 in a few months. Most people think I'm 33 or 34. I appreciate this article and agree it's a sound regimen.

100mgs of T a week:

I've treid more, I've tried less, I've tried more frequent injecting and less frequent and this works best. testosterone enanthate, the most widely prescribed ester lasts about 10 days so the once a week injection provides for a nice stable level. No highs or lows here. There's also minimal testicular shrinkage with this amount.


1/4 mg of Adexx every 3 days.


Seems like very little, but it's more than likely all you need. You just want to secure against an excess of e. On days when you take the dexx, I recommened taking primrose oil, isoflavone, milk thistle, pregnenolone, DHEA and policostonol -- all mildly estrogenic but necessary for optimum lipid values and overall hormonal health. Since you'll be using dexx, there's no concern with getting too much estrogen. On the in-between days, calcium d glucarate, chrysin, and lecithin will help keep e at bay and remove "bad" estrones. ("POST-CYCLE" contains these ingredients plus others). If your e is still a little high you may want to try an additional natural anti -e such as CytogenX or Dermacrine.


HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - human chorionic gonadotropin 1500 ius every 8 weeks.

No need for 500 ius a day. That'll just make you build up a tolerance to it. Since there will be minimal atrophy of the twins all you need is a little "plump up" now and then. I found 500ius for 3 consecutive days works best for me but everyone needs to tweak things to see what fits best for them. I do not take my shot of testosterone on the week I use HC G. This is purely speculative but I figure my body is producing T "on its own" and it's always best to get the body to continue attempting to do so. In this way you never totally "shut down" natural production and why not have as much as possible? The body just seems to work better that way.


UNLEASHED

No need for any diatribes about supplement pushing. I found these ingredients to be the most helpful so I take them every day without fail. If you choose not to, don't use it. It's as simple as that. UNLEASHED keeps S H B G low so you get more available testosterone -- both from your own, and from the extra you inject. I also like using MyogenX with the HC G. One tricks the body into making more L.H.. and the other helps it to produce more naturally. It's a logical combo.


Two Cycles a Year

Some people think you can cycle whenever you want since you're on HR T anyway, but you can still mess with your hormones that way. Nevertheless, I've found that two mild cycles for 6 weeks each can really give a nice boost to gains with virtually no crash but simply resuming the HR T and supplement regime. I'd recomend a doubling of T to 200 mgs and then using a low androgen such as Primmo. (Between 600-800mgs a week) I don't believe in "bridging" but ending a cycle with some Proviron is a nice way to prevent any e backlash and make the transition to a less androgenic enviorment with minimal supression. I do not recomened Clomid or Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - . If you suffer from potential gynecomastia, use less testosterone.

Other than that, train hard, eat right and find yourself a hot wife. You will experience what past generations dreamed of -- a life that never sees the ravages of time. (Well, at least not to quite the same extent).

As it stands, this protocol is the closest thing to the fountain of youth as there's ever been. Maybe in 20 years it'll be eclipsed with better drugs, better supplements, and who knows what else. But for now, it's all we have. And it's pretty damn good.

I am just getting older. I have never used but just to look at a weight would make me grow. 5'4 at 180 with some abs showing. Now closing in at 38 things are not so easy. Levels are at total T at 430 (230 - 827) and free I believe at 15 (8 - 25). Trying to decide if I should try a low dose cycle or just start HRT. Muscle mass is secondary. Long term health is primary.
