What are the best ways to keep all of your gains. I guess no matter what you are gonna lose the water you retained but i was reading a post today alot of people 3 months down the road are only up 3 pounds. In my mind I would hate to have my weight go up 25lb only to be right back where i started in 3 months and prob look smaller to everyone than i did in the first place. Anyways what are the top 3 way to keep the most of your gains.
