Keeping gains

Yeah clomid's a good bet. It'll get your test levels back up which'll help keep those gains.

I've also heard that HGH is good for this but I haven't tried it myself.
 
Don't just use clomid. At least use nolva with it. They work well together. There is really so many theories on this subject. Some may work for you and others may not. You literally need to read hours of post about this on several diffierent boards to get a clearer idea of what might work for you and not. Plus you will learn from experience. This is one option for you that has worked for me and I am sure others.

10 Week cycle of AAS (Monday is beginning of week)
Try this.....

-HCG... 1500IU's 2x week starting in the 8th week of cycle and continue for about 1 or 2 weeks after cycle ends
-Clomid...2-4 weeks at 50-100mg
-Nolvadex...2-4 weeks at 10-20mg
-Proviron...25-50mg/1-2weeks 25mg 2-4weeks (labido increase)
-Creatine...loading cycle for one week then maintenance
-Glutamine...20mg/day (very important amino acid)
-Phosphatidylserine (natural supplement that reduces cortisol) take 800-1200mg/day for 2 weeks.
-Maybe some herbs if you like

Hcg, throughout cycle
and maybe after

glutamine peptides
creatine
protien powder,

and back off your training and just cruise when lifting, no undo stress is needed
 
Find a post-cycle that you'll be able to handle. Then creatine and a high protein intake (which could then slowly be decreased to the pre-cycle amount).

HCG is essential after long cycles, it shouldn't be used without clomid or Nolvadex and HCG should be discontinued at least two weeks before coming off Clomid or Nolvadex or else it will suppress natural testosterone itself. Using HCG for too long a period of time or in doses that are excessively high, can desensitize the testicles to the effect of LH and would put your right back where you started from. From everything I have read you should only use it towards the end of your cycle and slightly after but not the whole time during. During a 8-12 cycle your testicles shoudn't shrink so much that you have to use it the whole time. Also science has proven that a progressively heavy load on the muscles helps to increase test levels. If you keep with heavy weights after your cycle you have a better chance of recovering your natural test levels faster.

Where have you heard that HGH is good for that, you probably either need to go back and talk to whoever told you that or reread whatever it was that you read.

Use HCG, Nolva, Clomid and Clenbuterol. Thing that sucks the most is that those are usually just as or more expensive than the actual juice itself.

??? Ofcourse HGH is good for PCT, it doesn't suppress HPTA in any way and counteracts cortisol and therefore obviously is gonna stimulate growth (or maintanence) of new muscle while your natural testosterone levels return to normal.

Only thing is, the pro's are probably the only ones using it in PCT as its so expensive.
 
use anything you can get your hands on. i spend just as much money on my post cycle drugs as on the cycle itself. i hate losing gains.

i use HCG, proviron, nolva, clomid. avena sativa, maca, zink, and eat a shitload of food! use insulin, if and only if you know how,
