Don't decrease the intensity of your workouts, but decrease the total time you are in the gym. After my last cycle I went from 5-6 times in the gym a week, usually for about hour and a half a pop, to 4 days a week no more than 45 min. Yes my intensity was up but I changed to only multi joint exercises, ex.

Wed: OFF
Thurs: 6Squats, 4Legpress
Fri: OFF
Sat: 6HangCleans, 4highpulls, 3Uprightrows
Sun: OFF
It should be noted that I tapered my doses down to pro-hormones and fina for the last 2 weeks (10 week total)
I was dieting during my cycle, ands my weight went from 320 to 290 and I have been getting even leaner since I started eating pizza and cereal for the last four weeks on this routine.
Also note that I have been on 3 cycles in the last 2 years, I am 6'5 297lbs, 9.5% with skindex, 22 years old and I am a genetic freak.
