keeping gains , how do you guys do it?

Does this only work for people would go on low androgenic cycles (i think thats right) like win,eq,primo? also with use of clomid and nolvA?

arimidex/clomid/nolvas post cycle for 3-4 weeks, keeping nutrition up top notch, traing SMART, RESTING. those will all be great factors in how much muscle you will keep
 
Cutting your workout intensity is extreamly important to keeping gains. When you are post cycle you are extreamly catabolic. Clen can help in cutting back on catabolism.

Wartime has already explained this in that your body is in a very catabolic state after the cessation of the drugs. Thus if you continue to train like a madman without the aid of the anabolics you are unable to recover sufficiently and need to decrease the workload for some time. You just don't recover nearly as well while off like you do while you're on.
 
Don't decrease the intensity of your workouts, but decrease the total time you are in the gym. After my last cycle I went from 5-6 times in the gym a week, usually for about hour and a half a pop, to 4 days a week no more than 45 min. Yes my intensity was up but I changed to only multi joint exercises, ex.

Numbers mean reps, weight is high form is good

Mon: 6Dips, 5Incline BP, 3Tricept ext.
Tues: 6Pull ups, 6Deadlifts, 3T-bar row
Wed: OFF
Thurs: 6Squats, 4Legpress
Fri: OFF
Sat: 6HangCleans, 4highpulls, 3Uprightrows
Sun: OFF

It should be noted that I tapered my doses down to pro-hormones and fina for the last 2 weeks (10 week total)
I was dieting during my cycle, ands my weight went from 320 to 290 and I have been getting even leaner since I started eating pizza and cereal for the last four weeks on this routine.

Also note that I have been on 3 cycles in the last 2 years, I am 6'5 297lbs, 9.5% with skindex, 22 years old and I am a genetic freak.
 
My main point is recovery time is much longer post cycle. If you keep the same training intensity without more rest your gains will deminish.
