Well...let us see if this works. I found an OLD book by KAZ that is about 15 pages long and discusses training the squat and the deadlift.

Well...that is the entire book, cover to cover. I made this so that you could save the pics, copy and paste them over to Word or just print them out for yourself. They are LARGE enough so if you print them out you can make your own book and staple it together and have a make-shift copy for yourself.

I also have the book on 'bench press' but I spent 3 hours trying to get this one scanned and up...so I may wait a few days before putting up the other one.

hey jeremys i just saved each picture one at a time then i printed them. turned out perfect each picture is one page. made a nice book. try that if worked well for me. i had the word problem to. gave me idea to just save pictures and see how they printed. :fro:
 
Well, I wanted to post these before the end of the month so I could downsize my bandwidth usage as the billing date gets closer...lol.

There is a lot of good information here and a few 'new to me' exercises that can be used. The contest prep is also something VERY important to read...I've never heard it like that before.

It is also a classic that is VERY hard to find...it was printed in 1981.

I have those too. If you call his company, I think it's called DynaKaz or something, you might be able to get them.


That's what my mom did two Christmasses ago. She knew I wanted them, so she called and actually spoke with him on the phone. He autographed them and sent them out the next day, along with a few autographed pictures. He also refused to accept any money for them. He's a hell of a guy, in my opinion.


I tried the program for a while. It was extremely brutal, but I made awesome gains while on it. It's not something I would advise doing unless you're on steroids. I was, and I still had a hard time recovering. It's just brutal. :)
