I am not complaning about the color or the stain. Just the side of the fence we are getting. He gets the side that looks like a fence, and we are getting the side that looks like SHIt.
Wootoom, is to passive, and doesn't ever say anything. I am always the one that has to get down and dirty. Freak out on people when they take advantage of 2 "young kids" sort of people. And I am thinking this is another one of thoughs people.

I would go renegotiate the deal. If you are paying half for the fence then you both should get the "finished" side of the fence. They make double sided. Since its already up though I'd renegotiate, tell him I'm takeing 10-15% off for having the non-cosmetic side of the fence.

I don't know wootoom was with him the whole time, I think he just did it with out saying anything, and I just notice now. Like fuck me. I am going to have to say somthing I just have to figure out a way to not seem like a HUGE bitch but still get my point across.

No kidding, we are paying for half of the lumber. shouldnt half of the lumber be on our side?? Im callin my dad to see what he thinks I should say. I might just even say. What the hell we are paying for half of the lumber to be on all of your side? Doesnt make sense, Maybe he will get my point that it isn't happening.

Its a lil late if the fence is up, just ask him to pay half of the costs of you putting up a nice set of lumber on your fence attached to the framework, its like your fence is only half finished since you havent put up nice boards on your side of the fence. I dont see how you would fix it once its up without tearing it apart, even then the lumber is bought, you have to have some way of holding the boards up and one side is going to have it. Not sure if you wanna to have part of the fence with the backing and another side with the backing like turning around section of the fence to make it fair. Itd cost something anyhow to fix now that its constructed, just buy more lumber and split the cost too, thats reasonable since he has a finished side and you dont.
