I would just go ahead and pick up some Forged Liver Support. Live 52 would probably cover you for katana only, but if you are running katana + beast, diesel, or epi I would get the Forged Liver. Maybe even Forged plus Liv52 depending on funds.

I;m not a giant fan of Milk Thistle
