Katanadrol/Dieselbolan Log - Hardcore!

WHats up guys. I, starting a detailed log on my run with Katanadrol 3.0 and Dieselbolan 2.0. 3 caps Katanadrol and 2 caps Dieselbolan for 30 days.

Starting stats:
23 y/o
5'9"
182lbs
~10-12% BF

I have been out of it for a while. Recently had blood work done and total test came at 299. I jumped on a PCT cycle for 4 weeks and immediately started this 4 week cycle. I am looking to get to round 190 and be just as lean if not leaner. Also looking for solid strength gains. I am on day 4 already, i have been busy with work and kids but I will be updating this every day!


Days 1-4:
I am up to 184.5 so about 3 lbs so far. My pumps are already kicking in and I already am seeing a couple veins pop up across my shoulders in the front! Also veins in my legs which is a good thing for me because i dont show a lot of veins lol. Recovery time is also faster I can already tell. Also feeling the aggression, as well as the short temper! i gotta be careful because last time I stacked 2 prohormones I had problems with my relationship for being so mean and angry.

Bench - 135x5, 155x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x3
DB Incline Press - 60x6, 70x6, 80x6, 90x8
Dips - 0x6, 25x6, 45x6, 90x7

Leg Day
Squats - 135x5, 155x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x8, 225x6
BB Lunge - 135x6, 155x6

Shoulder Day
BTN Military BB press - 95x6, 115x6, 135x6, 155x6
DB Military - 50x6, 60x6, 70x6, 80x4

wow bro you lost a lot of mass but you look thinner for sure.

having low T is something you will probably have to deal with for the rest of your life since you abused hormones at a young age... good luck on the kata run.. its some strong stuff, i think you will be very pleased
 
hey bro! yea i lost probably 15 lbs. i did a blood test after taking clomid, hcgenerate, unleashed and post cycle and my LH was super high but im still waiting to see what my free and total test came out to be. i think im eligible for hrt , i feel like shit and i havent been on for a year. plus 300 test is super low for 23 years old. thats why im not too worried that im back ob cycle, cus ill prob do hrt anyway. i wish i didnt abuse them at a young age though.
 
Day 5

Took today off cus I got up at 4am, drove to work got there at 5:30, got off at 4:50, drove from work to school at 6 and got home at 830. Im pretty drained from the day but I am feeling fuller already. My mood swings were non existent today as well so thats good, I am gonna destroy back tmr and then chest the day after. Im gonna try to hit each body part every 5-6 days. So far no sides to report of, only good things!
 
Day 6

I decided to do chest again because i went to workout at midnight and didnt have the energy or motivation to do heavy deadlifts, but I still killed it!

Bench - 135x6, 155x6, 185x6, 225x6, 275x6
Dips - 0x6, 25x6, 45x6, 70x6, 90x6, 135x5
DB Incline - 75x6, 85x6, 95x7

Im already getting stronger. Last week bench was at 275x3. I am feeling good guys! Weight and strength are going up and I look just as lean. Feeling fuller in my muscles when I wake up in t he morning as well.
 
those are good numbers for a guy your size.. kata will increase strength very fast. be careful though getting too strong too fast, your joints won't like it much


thanks bro, it sucks cus i used to put up 385 on bench lol. I will pay attention to my joints for sure. I think i am pretty lucky so far in that i can do deep weighted dips with no joint problems or pain, and also standing behind the neck military press with no shoulder pain.

I have back tonight, gonna kill deadlifts, pullups, db rows, and lat pulldowns
 
Had a killer back workout my niggas. Low back pumps suck but theyre not bad yet i can jus tell its starting to come. gotta up my water intake. I weighed myself just now in boxers only im 184.5 so in a bout a week im up 3-4 lbs. My pumps are getting insane and im feeling good when im at the gym, way more motivated than before. keep in mind my test levels before this cycle were at the level of an 80 year old man lol but nonetheless im feelin good. very little shoulder acne is the only negative so far.

Deads - 135x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 365x4
Pullups: 0x6, 5x5, 10x3
btn lat pulldowns - 100x6, 110x6, 120x10
db rows - 65x6, 65x6, 65x6

my biceps get so pumped i always feel like my back workouts suffer a little, but i still def feel like i had an awesome back workout. heavy deads and some pullups are usually about what ill do, so to get some rows and pulldowns in as well was awesome.

next week im gonna post up vids of my max sets on the compound lifts to make sure i have proper form

So quick update, just got the bloodwork back for total and free test, after a 30 day cycle of:

Clomid 50mg/day
Hcgenerate 5 caps/day
Unleashed 3 caps/day
Post cycle 3 caps/day

My total test before this was 299. After this it was:

Total test - 836 (range 250-1100)
Free test - 245 (range 35 - 155)
LH - 13.8 (range 1-12)

I am pretty shocked my levels shot up that much. I am now gonna do a strong PCT and train natty after this cycle, instead of going on HRT.
 
That's good to hear man! Hope they stay up there! Would try hold off on cycling too often till are older/willing to really risk hrt. Would keep the cycles short as well.

Yep i am gonna do a strong pct after this and then focus on natty training and eating for a while. I need to get that in check before i do another real or long cycle.

Had an awesome shoulder workout today

BTN Military - 95x6, 115x6, 135x6, 175x6
DB Military - 50x6, 60x6, 70x6, 85x4
DB front raises - 20x8, 20x8, 20x8
DB Lateral raises - 15x8, 15x8, 15x8
DB Curl - 40x8, 40x8, 40x8

My BB military is up 20 lbs and my db military is up 5 lbs, my shoulders are getting nice veins in them and also in my chest and arms. I am getting pretty vascular. I took pics at the gym but they dont do the justice so ill post other ones soon. Im weighing 187 without any clothes so thats about 6lbs so far. Only side effect is ive had a bloody nose 3 or 4 days in a row. im gonna get some hawthorne berry tmr and make sure i check my BP in the next day or 2 just to see where its at. Either way i only got 3 weeks left so it cant be that bad to have elevated BP, but maybe im wrong. Either way I know its a serious issue and the least i am gonna do is check my bp and take some hawthorne berry. Besides the bloody noses, are mild back pumps. Nothing major. Im loving this stuff so far
 
Had another good leg workout. Short but heavy

Squats - 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3, 225x10
BB Lunges - 135x6, 155x6, 185x6
Standing calf raises - 130x15

It was a short workout but the motivation to do my heavy sets was unreal. This was my first time trying 315 for about a year. It felt good to get 3. I could have probably gotten more. My bloody noses stopped which is good! I am weighing about 188 and getting fuller each day.

Dips - 0x6, 26x6, 45x6, 90x6, 145x3
DB Incline - 80x6, 90x6, 105x3

Short workout but I go heavy and usually do a drop set or 2. Its the way Ive always trained and it always works for me. I know my body and I am the kind of guy that can lift something heavy 1 2 or 3 times, anything past 8 and ill suck lol. It was nice to put up 295x3, gonna try 315 in the next workout or 2.

yeah I like your bench splits man. especially the pyramiding up and down your amounts. i have been doing this as well only taking 30 second breaks.. its really ripping me up more than the 3-4 rep taking 3-4 minutes between sets you see powerlifters do .. i am evolving myself into a bodybuilder from a powerlifter.. its not easy as i love strength but i feel 100% better, no more nagging neck/back pain from pushing too much weight
 
Hey gladiator on day five of a diesel only cycle loving it as well. Would love to see a outline of a your diet maybe get some ideas.
 
yea steve i wanna eventually do what ur doing but im in that powerlifter mindset of just wanting to get stronger. I feel like i have to take a couple minutes minimum between sets

papabear, thanks for joining the log bro. Honestly my diet sucks, on days i work its not bad, cereal with 3-4 whole wheat chicken sandwiches, some protein bars and gatorades, nd a nice dinner and some snacks when i get home. But on off days, i eat whatever. lucky charms, pizza, candy, chips, just a bunch of bullshit. I do wanna eat better, but its so easy not to.
 
sounds like you are running a low cal diet here and starving your body from nutrition. definately want to improve your diet especially when you come off. but on its gonna make you rip up.. if you want to keep your gains though and build mass (which i think you should do with your body composition) need to get in more whole foods. yeah its expensive but it will pay off. but hell you are young and we all had shitty diets at your age ,.. i didn't start eating healthy until i was in my mid 20's
 
Dude that's crazy! Something easy and I pretty much live it on frozen talipa, pretty cheap and takes five minutes to cook
