Katana V3 ONLY log for a regular joe

Hey All
I'm just setting this up today and starting tommorrrow
I'm 6'1
188.0lbs
15%bf
I will be running
Katana V3 -2 caps ed until it runs out
Multi vitamin
fish oil
glucosamine
I wil be lifting 3-4 times a week and jogging as well, my diet is kinda all over the place because I am a shift worker and get hungry at the weirdest times, am also going through some relationship issues that causes me to eat at work which isn't always the best meal. I don't count calories I just try to eat right and not massive meals of crap. I'm hoping this log will target the regular joe, who goes to the gym, tries to eat healthy and can get a boost out of Katana.
 
Today I took two caps, one in the morning and then did fasted cardio (Hill sprints and a brisk walk) and just took the other capsule with supper. Can't say I felt much although this morning shortly after taking the first capsule my nipple was itchy, and it's the only nipple i get fuckin gyno it so not sure if it was just my mind or what.
Anyways other then that no sides
 
You should not get gyno. Probably just in your head if youve had gyno in the past.

Whats the dosage on the new Katana v3? I ran v2 and i was doing 350mg per day which was 7 caps a day. If the dosage is the same you better up it to 250 at least.

It's definitely strong. I'm usually not that gyno prone, but katana 2.0 and 3.0 both have me hard ass painful lumps in my nips

Aromasin or forma will take care of it nicely though

I migh just take a low dose of liquid letro mainly cause I have It and it works well for me. Lol
 
I wonder why it has this effect I figured the katana would do the opposite. V2 katana I had doubled up the dose and had no problems. I swore my nip was bugging me yesterday but it seems to have gone away. Maybe just in my head. Anyways op best of luck to ya! :)

Today I did fasted cardio again in the morning, had my girlfriend with me so kind of slowed me down lol But still got some hill sprints in and a efw body weight exerices. I'm a shift worker as well i don't think I mentioned so my system is all fucked up. I'll be hitting some weights tomorrow friday and saturday.
I'm not feeling anything, which is good in terms of side effects. Didn't cramp today but felt a bit of a pump in my legs especially after the hill sprints that I haven't felt before.
Nipple not itchy today, could of just been the shock of a new substance got knows, ate clean today but not enough. Got groceries today so will be somewhat structured here on out.
 
Today I got my first lift in since I started taking Katana, it felt pretty good. I just did some bench and tri's, My bench actually felt a bit stronger although I had a spotter cause I was pushing the weight up and wanted the extra assistance. Felt good though
No negative side effects to report!
 
Today I got a run in and did some moving which involved some lifting, was up watching the fights last night so didn't get much sleep before work. Exhausted and didn't get a good enough break all day to do anything, will get a good lift in tomorrow. Feeling good, no negative side effects, possible starting to lean a bit.
 
Today I got a lift and a run in, I def felt better lifting, strenght seems to be up a little bit and possible stamina. Also I notice my recovery time seems better.
 
Dude...can you post your lifts? What ur working, what lifts, how much, etc. Some sprcifics on diet would be good too.

Well I'm vegetarian some-what. You'll figure that out when seeing what I eat. I just started eating this way I was kinda eating whatever and consuming beer and that stupid shit while I was injured

Breakfast
steel cut oats
raw sunflower seeds
dried cranberries
bit of unsweetened coconut shaving
big table spoon of almond butter
splash of choc almond milk
(My form of oatmeal)

Snack
Nuts (Almonds, peanuts, cashews, etc) I don't buy salted or flavoured or any of that shit.
Piece of fruit

Lunch
1. Bean Burrito
Salad

2. fake meat tacos

3. Tuna wrap and salad

4. If work has a sea food meal on

Snack
Protein shake
Fruit

Supper
Fish, Sushi, Some vegetarian concoction
or
omlette (8 eggs (mostly whites) green pepper, onion, mushroom
asparagus on side

Late night snack
Ezekiel break with almond butter
or
Protien and water
 
Went for a run today, felt good.
The only thing I am noticing, and I don't know if it's just me, or what but I'm always thirsty. I easily am drinking 4-6 liters of water a day, EASILY. This isn't including during work outs just resting.
 
Alright a few people have been asking for my lifts, as I mentioned coming off a long injury lay off, yes this is my prepared excuse for being some what weak for my size. Mostly my lifts are just to warm up to my big lift, I practice MMA so I focus mainly on building raw strength in the airs of Bench, Standing OHP, Deads, Squats. Everything else is just added assistance work for a warm up and some physique ;)

I felt pretty good today, extra bit of sweat maybe from working hard or maybe from the katana not sure, but I did feel a little more thermogenic. Still feel strong, my lifts have been sproadic so it's good, I should have my dead back up to 400ish this time next month.

Today i just went for a run, I measured it today using MapMyRun app, it's 3km, but it's a trail run with some hills I sprint up. Pretty good run for someone that hates cardio. Feeling good, I find a sweat more then usual but nothing serioius or detrimental. I'll get a lift in again tomorrow night I hope!

Felt pretty weak towards the end, biceps hurt maybe too many curls during last workout which I realized I didn't log. Did that 7-21 thing.
 
Sorry guys, I haven't been slacking I got the fuckin flu. I have been trying to rock some push ups and body weight squats while in the house but incredibly week. Starting to come around a bit today hopefully I can get a good lift in tomorrow or wednesday!
 
Hi guys, I know I've been slacking as I mentioned I was sick for a bit and have been working a lot when not sick and cannot access this forum from work. Anyway I do have some log days wrote down!

Everyday I have been walking/jogging with my dog on my normal trail, approx 3km total in and out. Lots of hills and inclines for us to sprint up, even when I walk the trail I sprint the hills. Only reason for walking the trails is because the temperature as dropped a lot here and it was slippery, didn't want to reinjure my foot/ankle.

As Mentioned everyday I either run or walk with my dog through a trail.

Today I did 2 hours of non stop grappling, we warmed up with a lot of bear crawl, crab crawl, sprawls, rolls, hip escapes etc.

I felt good, and strong mostly all throughout and I was in there against some bigger and elite guys, which can wear a fella out fast. I didn't feel ANY negative side effects what so ever just consistent strength

Final Review

Side Effects?
I ran the new Katana 3.0 on a solo run, along with some normal supporting supps. What I can say is I def felt the thermogenic effects of Katana, I got warmer faster and sweat longer. This wasn't a negative effect what so ever, it wasn't overwhelming and actually felt really good :)

Strength?
I also noticed an increase in strength, believe it or not I noticed a pretty good increase in strength, nothing compared to beastdrol but compared to not taking anything at all I definetly noticed an increase.

Mass?
I definetly put on some lean mass, hadn't I got sick for almost a week there I think I woulda really maximized, I'm pretty pissed I did get sick and had to take a few days off, but I can say after my few days off I was nice and "swole" again. I feel leaner, even my girlfriend said I look "A LOT" leaner, and she isn't one to just dish out the compliments for free. My muscles do feel fuller and look the part as well.

Weight Loss?
While leaning out I lost about 5 lbs, I went from around 195-197 to 190ish. You have to remember I also increased strength and increased lean mass so I know a high majority of this WAS fat.

Recovery Time?
I also noticed an increase in recovery time, for me to have some good lifts in, esp dead lifts and then go trail jogging and hill sprinting every day is soemthing, usually after some hill sprints I'm wiped and weak for days. This wasn't the case as I found I could keep going. I'm not going to say I did't feel any pain as after some of my bench exercises when I had a spotter and could push harder I was sore for a day or two but nothing unbareable.

Stamina/Endurance?
I def noticed an increase in this departments, when I get back to BJJ I thought for sure I'd be fatigued and weak after my first match but I had consistent strength through all, ofcourse tapering off towards the end of my 5th roll.


Overall I have to give Katana 3.0 a solid 9/10, I think stacked with something like HELLADROL this would be fantastic and it's def going to be an essential part of my summer cut. It was good as a stand alone, but I think if I was to run it again it would definitely be at 3-4 caps a day as I felt ZERO negative side effects.
 
looks solid. Would you guys think n2guard would be a bit to much if he added that or would you reccomend n2guard on katanadrol cycle?
