Karma Stimulas Package

I really believe things are going to pick up beginning with 01/01/09. I think the banks are hoarding cash to look good on their 12/31/2008 Balance Sheets and will start pushing that out the door in loans as soon as 2008 is over.

Keeping with that spirit and Superqt's thread (since I can't give K in it twice) - this will be a Karma stimulas package.
