not really a cutting cycle but.......

I posted this pic before about a year and half ago. Maybe some of you remember it. Lost a lot of fat and still built a lot of muscle. Right after the "after" pic was taken, I had some other serious shit going on and once again I havnt lifted in about 15 months. My body is shit again. I'm going to do another before and after (taking the "before" picture on Monday), but this time I'm going to try to get really shredded (180ish) while still putting on some decent mass.
